1) The 5% royalty offer sounds fine to us.  Go ahead and write it into
the contract.

I think Saint Louis University uses Compaq as a primary vendor.  We
could solicit a bid from them if you like, or I can get more information
from Moses Romero who works for ITS.

3) Billing:  Would it be acceptable for us to pay you in three equal
installments, spread over 1999?  If so, how about one payment on April 1
(assuming we've signed the contract by then), one on July 1 and one on
December 1 (or whenever these phases of the project are completed)?  Let
me know if you want to propose a different schedule.  My main concern
was that we not have to pay it all in the current fiscal year.
